SARU TEC, originated in the Netherlands, has been established by Alex Ruiter in April 2018. It is a specialist company for business development and sales improvement. 

SARU TEC’s ultimate target companies are suitable technical enterprises originated from the Netherlands or neighbouring countries, willing to collaborate and be connected for a long period of time. In order to enhance the business in Asia, SARU TEC collaborates closely with reputable players from Japan. Over the years, SARU TEC built an extensive business network in Europe, Middle East and Asia.

I worked my entire career in the civil engineering and construction market for my previous employers Strukton (6 years) and Ballast Nedam (18 years). During the last few years I worked as an intrapreneur to enhance business developments in Asia and Japan. By making use of my network I established new offices in various countries and signed collaboration agreements with strong partners in each region.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Institute of Technology of Alkmaar. And completed the Sales Leader Masterclass at the Nyenrode Business University in Breukelen. As a hobby, I enjoy travelling and discovering places and cultures together with my spouse and two children.
